Auxis LLC is seeking a Voice Engineer to own day-to-day CUCM operations and support for a multi-country voice environment. You will manage MACDs, troubleshoot quality, and assist in migration and decommission tasks with the network team.
Strong experience with SIP, QoS, and trunking, plus ITIL processes and English/Portuguese communication, are required. Domestic travel and after-hours support may be involved.
