We are looking for a Bilingual Digital Project Manager I to join our team in Bogotá. The Digital Project Manager I owns the day-to-day management and delivery of website development projects from kickoff through launch. This role works across Account Service, UX/UI, Creative, Content, Development, and QA to ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timing, quality, and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Own website development projects from kickoff through launch.
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, documentation, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across UX/UI, Creative, Content,



Development, QA, and Account Service.
- Lead internal project meetings and client-facing project discussions related to timing, deliverables, approvals, and next steps.
- Manage projects through sitemap, design, content, development, CMS assembly, QA, and launch.
- Track client inputs, internal dependencies, scope, and approvals to keep projects moving forward.
- Identify project risks, resource constraints, scope concerns, and potential timeline impacts and elevate appropriately.
- Manage website QA, issue tracking, resolution, and launch readiness.
- Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.
- Ensure projects follow established project management processes and website production standards.
- Manage multiple website projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
