The Role

As a Publisher Ad Media Operations Specialist you are responsible for the
end-to-end execution, delivery, reporting, and optimization of advertising
campaigns within Google Ad Manager, while supporting the reliability and
commercial performance of the organization's owned websites, applications,
advertising inventory, and proprietary first-party data operations.

This is a senior individual-contributor role that combines hands-on platform
expertise, analytical judgment, cross-functional coordination, and operational
ownership. The role works closely with Customer Success, Media Buying, Business
Intelligence, Product, Advertising Operations and Technical teams across
multiple regions to translate campaign objectives into accurate setups,
proactive optimizations,



actionable reporting, and dependable operational
outcomes.

Main responsibilities

* Campaign Activation and Trafficking: Configure, traffic, quality-assure,
launch, and maintain direct-sold, programmatic, sponsorship, and other
supported campaigns in Google Ad Manager, ensuring alignment with commercial
commitments and approved campaign requirements.
* Google Ad Manager Configuration: Implement and validate orders, line items,
creatives, targeting, custom key-values, frequency caps, tracking pixels,
priorities, inventory assignments, and related delivery controls.
* Quality Assurance and Launch Readiness: Perform detailed pre-launch and
post-launch QA covering creative rendering, click behavior, tags, tracking,
targeting, inventory mapping, platform permissions, naming, and reporting
readiness.
