Job Summary

To coordinate and execute escheat tasks for RynohEscheat Pro clients, as well as maintain compliance requirements in the Rynoh escheat admin data-base and communicate effectively with clients and their escheat payees.

What You Will Do As A Client Support Specialist

Ensure RynohEscheat Pro clients are properly set up in Rynoh including bank accounts activated, holder(s) set up, Pro Letterhead uploaded, and imports, if needed.
Daily escheat due diligence requirements, including but not limited to creating and sending due diligence letters, responding to payee requests, updating Rynoh Escheat transactions with notes, and reaching out to clients for check re
