We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Operations Assistant to support results tracking, records management, and client follow-up for a compliance-focused administrative operation.
This is a real long-term role, not a gig, with fixed hours, clear procedures, and structured growth from part-time into full-time.

POSITION DETAILS Role: Virtual Operations Assistant (Remote) Schedule: Starts at 20 hrs/week, growing up to 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time Pay: Competitive hourly rate, reviewed after 12 months Growth: 3 performance-based phases (6 weeks each), moving from daily results tracking to client coordination and billing administration




? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️ Results and records tracking ✔️ Follow-up and coordination with labs and clients ✔️ Client communication and documentation ✔️ Invoicing and compliance administration as you grow
✅ REQUIREMENTS
Detail-oriented and reliable, you finish what you start
Fluent, professional English (written and spoken)
Fast internet, a quiet workspace, and your own computer
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Looking for a long-term role, not a stopgap
