We are looking for a Bilingual Digital Project Manager I to join our team in Bogotá. The Digital Project Manager I owns the day-to-day management and delivery of website development projects from kickoff through launch. This role works across Account Service, UX/UI, Creative, Content, Development, and QA to ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timing, quality, and client expectations.

Responsibilities
Own website development projects from kickoff through launch.
Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, documentation, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across UX/UI, Creative, Content,



Development, QA, and Account Service.
Lead internal project meetings and client-facing project discussions related to timing, deliverables, approvals, and next steps.
Manage projects through sitemap, design, content, development, CMS assembly, QA, and launch.
Track client inputs, internal dependencies, scope, and approvals to keep projects moving forward.
Identify project risks, resource constraints, scope concerns, and potential timeline impacts and escalate appropriately.
Manage website QA, issue tracking, resolution, and launch readiness.
Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.
Ensure projects follow established project management processes and website production standards.
Manage multiple website projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Requirements
4+ years of digital project management experience, preferably within a digital, web development, or marketing agency
