We're looking for a Manager, Commercial Ops who sees commercial operations as the engine room of the business: someone who gets real satisfaction from turning a messy pipeline into a clean one, a one-off deal into a repeatable process, and scattered data into a story leadership can act on. You'll have real ownership here, deal desk, pricing, HubSpot, AI-driven workflows, account plans, and the reporting that keeps our whole commercial org honest with itself.

You will report to the CEO.



Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours. Preferably, you should be based in a US time zone: Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific.

What You'll Do

Own deal desk operations end to end: providing pricing guidance, structuring non-standard or complex deals, and keeping pricing and discounting standards consistent across the sales org
Execute standard SOWs and MSAs and maintain contracting standards, partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and outside legal / fractional GC on approvals and non-standard terms
Own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and forecasting inputs, and run recurring pipeline and forecast reviews that keep leadership focused on the deals and risks that matter
Own commercial OKRs end to end, setting the cadence, tracking progress against key results, and surfacing risks and blockers to leadership before they compound
