About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative / Outbound Appointment Setter to drive the top of the sales funnel. You will focus on prospecting B2B businesses, handling objections, nurturing leads, and booking qualified appointments for the executive sales team. You will not be responsible for closing deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Outbound Prospecting & Appointment Setting
Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day, along with emails and text outreach.
Navigate gatekeepers, overcome objections, and confidently pitch facility and janitorial services.
Follow up consistently across multiple communication channels.
Schedule qualified appointments directly on sales executives' calendars.
