Role Description:
The Enrollment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Barranquilla
Responsible for supporting enrollment processes for clients’ customers and employees.
This role includes collecting, verifying, and processing enrollment documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Inquiries related to insurance plans, employee benefits, and enrollment status, providing clear, professional assistance.
Collaborating with client teams and internal departments to resolve issues, update information, and improve enrollment workflows.
Consistent, high-quality customer service and attention to detail are essential to success in this position.
Qualifications:




Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, customers, and internal teams.
Knowledge of processes and Insurance standards relevant to enrollment and verification activities.
Ability to manage data accurately, with solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or enrollment systems.
Prior experience in BPO or a related field is preferred.
