* Compensation: $8 to $10 per hour (Plus Incentives/commission)

Our client is a fast-growing mortgage professional dedicated to
providing seamless home-financing solutions.
The business generates high-quality
mortgage leads primarily through a strong network of referral partners,
including high-producing realtors, accountants, and financial advisors. To
support their expanding pipeline, they are focusing on proactively building,
nurturing, and scaling these strategic partner relationships.
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, fluent bilingual (English/Spanish)
Virtual Assistant based in Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina) to
drive outbound lead generation and client retention. Working directly with the
business owner, you will execute targeted realtor and CPA outreach, run
co-marketing initiatives, manage past-client marketing sequences, and maintain a
organized CRM database.
This position starts part-time (20–25 hours/week) with an immediate path to
full-time (40 hours/week) for high performers.
