The position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

What You Will Do

As an Operations and Maintenance Intern, you will:

Support the integral maintenance team in executing administrative and technical activities, including data analysis, report generation, email management, and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reports using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel, contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
Assist in the management and verification of technical documentation related to customer issues, complaints, and prevent
