Job Description
The Human Resources department manages the entire employee lifecycle,



from initial application through to exit. This team ensures that every individual receives a seamless experience, maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence across the business.
Based in our Bogotá office, this role involves managing complex administrative processes and providing essential support to stakeholders. You will be the go-to person for HR operations, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every task undertaken.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid work from home policy.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
Ability to recognise when issues require escalation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
