THE ROLE.

Huge is looking for a UX Designer Lead to lead the UX direction across complex
digital products, platforms, and services. In this role, you will own the
experience from discovery through delivery, translating complex business and
technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions.

You will lead UX thinking across multidisciplinary teams, partnering closely
with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Business stakeholders. You will bring
strong research, strategic, and visual design thinking to simplify complex
experiences, establish clear design direction,



and drive high-quality outcomes.
As a UX leader, you will influence senior stakeholders, mentor and guide teams,
and ensure the experience vision remains consistent throughout the product
lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING.

* Lead UX strategy and design across complex digital products, platforms, and
services.
* Simplify complex user journeys and develop intuitive experiences for
content-heavy and information-rich environments.
* Translate business, technical, and user requirements into clear,
user-centered solutions.
* Develop information architecture, journey maps, and experience frameworks
that support scalable digital experiences.
* Apply user research, personalization, accessibility, and design system
principles throughout the design process.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to balance
user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
