The role.
Huge is looking for a Technology Lead to drive technical architecture and hands-on engineering execution from Colombia. In this role, you will define the technical vision, architecture, and team delivery for enterprise-grade web applications. You will partner closely with client leadership, cross-functional product and design teams, and engineering pods to build high-performance modern web solutions, establish best practices, and mentor engineers serving general brands.




What you'll be doing.
Define and drive end-to-end frontend architecture using component-driven development, design systems, monorepos, and modern deployment models.
Oversee and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance web applications, leveraging Next.js, React, and Contentstack to deliver optimized SSR/SSG experiences.
Integrate AI tools and methodologies into the software development lifecycle to accelerate engineering velocity, automate testing, and enhance code quality.
Partner with design, strategy, and product leadership to translate Figma designs into accessible, pixel-perfect, and resilient enterprise applications.
Mentor and guide engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical rigor, quality standards, continuous integration, and code quality.
