What You’ll Do
* Manage Regional In-Person Events:



Own end-to-end event logistics for CVM-led
user groups, including venue/catering sourcing, quote negotiation, landing
page creation, and budget management.
* Recruit & Enable Chapter Leads: Identify, recruit, and support customer
volunteer Chapter Leads. Equip them with conversation kits and event
templates to sustain consistent quarterly chapter momentum.
* Produce Virtual Sessions & Webinar Support: Oversee production for CVM-led
virtual events. Manage platform setup, dry runs, speaker prep, and resource
publishing to central repositories. Cross-train on product-led webinars to
provide production coverage as needed.
* Execute Member & Event Communications: Draft pre- and post-event attendee
messaging, survey sends, and event follow-ups in alignment with global brand
guidelines.
* Drive Reporting, Platform Governance & Promotion: Build event pages, track
member registrations, manage event pipel
