The Opportunity

This role gives you ownership of the final quality of every contract that goes
out, reviewing at real volume and within firm turnaround windows, working
alongside an AI-assisted first pass and applying your legal judgment against the
client's playbook before handing off to quality control for final sign-off.
Beyond review, you will help build and improve the AI workflows the team runs
on, so the process gets faster and more accurate over time.





What You'll Do:

* Perform initial review of a high-volume pipeline of commercial agreements,
specifically NDAs, master services agreements, and vendor arrangements,
ensuring rapid turnaround and strict adherence to client-specific playbooks.
* Work within Sterlington's AI-powered review workflow, treating each
AI-generated first-pass markup as a starting point you verify and correct,
with every final call resting on your own legal judgment.
* Design, test, and refine AI-assisted workflows for contract review, including
prompts, playbook logic, and process steps, working with the team to raise
accuracy and turnaround over time.
* Apply legal playbooks accurately and consistently, escalating anything
outside established guidance to quality control rather than deciding it
independently.
* Identify and flag confidentiality and commercial risks within standard
transactions, spotting non-standard terms before
