Our Paid Ads Managers are responsible for the execution, monitoring, optimization, and quality control of paid media campaigns that power our clients’ brand awareness and growth across major digital platforms.

This is a non-client-facing, execution-heavy role that requires extreme attention to detail, comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and the discipline to follow structured internal processes with zero margin for preventable error.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Campaign Execution & Launch
Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and Nextdoor, as well as launching streaming ads, using the platform TradeDesk across such streaming networks as Netflix, Hulu, live sports, and many others.
Execute campaigns using approved strategy decks, targeting parameters, creative assets, and ad copy.
Ensure all campaigns are launched accurately across the correct funnel stages (top, middle, and bottom).
Upload, organize, and verify all required video and static assets across platforms prior to launch.
