Olympian AI is a US software company. We audit carrier invoices for small freight brokerages and catch what slips through: duplicate invoices, accessorials paid without documentation, and detention that never got billed.

What you'll do
Call small US brokerages, get past dispatch to the owner, and get him to send us his last 30 days of invoices for a free audit. Then chase the documents, walk the owner through what we found on a call, and follow up until he signs. We build the audit and write the proposal. You're the voice on the phone, from first dial to closed deal.

What we're looking for
Real experience in US freight: dispatch, carrier sales, or back office. Anything where you spent your day on the phone with brokers or carriers.




You should know what a rate confirmation is without looking it up.
Natural spoken English matters more than a résumé. No degree required.

100% remote, work from anywhere in Colombia
Full-time, US Pacific business hours
Weekly pay in USD, plus bonus per audit booked and per client closed
Independent contractor agreement (prestación de servicios)
Small team, you work directly with the founder
