About The Role
This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a Brand Designer, your focus will be on brand asset creation, visual identity, and brand consistency. We need a core specialist dedicated to building a strong visual foundation. You will serve as the architect of the brand identity,
modernizing aesthetics and ensuring that all visual touchpoints look cohesive across various mediums using industry-standard design tools.
Key Responsibilities
Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes
Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements
Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits
Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards
Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums
