About the Role
This is a part-time remote role with a U.S.-based marketing agency serving dental practices. You will own SEO strategy and execution for dental practice clients — local SEO, on-page optimization, content, and Google Business Profile — and present your work directly to the dentists themselves. This is a client-facing position: strong English and the ability to explain SEO results and strategy to non-technical practice owners are essential.
Responsibilities
Own SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of dental practice accounts
Manage local SEO: Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, reviews strategy, and map pack rankings
Perform on-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO audits
Plan and oversee SEO content for practice websites and service pages
Lead client calls — walk dentist clients through rankings, traffic, and next steps in clear, non-technical language
Prepare monthly performance reports tied to results that matter (calls, form fills, new patients)
Implement website updates and fixes directly, using AI tools like Claude where it speeds up the work
Monitor rankings and algorithm changes across all accounts
What We Are Looking For
Proven SEO experience with dental or healthcare experience required
Strong command of local SEO — Google Business Profile, citations, and map pack rankings for multi-location or single-location practices
Proficiency with standard SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
Strong client-facing communication — comfortable presenting to practice owners and answering "why aren't we ranking yet?"
