The firm operates in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where precision, discretion, and proactive execution are essential.
About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptionally sharp, organized,



and proactive hybrid Executive Assistant / Project Manager to serve as the operational right hand to the firm's Principal.
This is not a traditional administrative or data-entry virtual assistant role. We need a dynamic operational partner who can take ownership of workflows, bring structure to complex campaigns, and anticipate business needs before they arise. You will act as a force multiplier—managing deadlines across multiple high-profile projects, creating institutional systems, and applying strong critical thinking so projects move forward seamlessly without constant supervision.
Prior PR industry experience is not required. We value raw intelligence, sound judgment, project ownership, flawless communication, and an ability to leverage modern tools like AI to solve problems independently.
