About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Cleaner & VA Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for both cleaning positions and Virtual Assistant positions for our US-based clients.

This is a hands-on recruitment role suited to someone who is confident communicating with people, highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple candidates and vacancies at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for cleaner and Virtual Assistant positions using platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, Nextdoor and other relevant recruitment channels.
- Review applications and CVs to identify suitable candidates.
- Contact potential candidates and conduct initial screening.
- Conduct structured phone or video interviews.
- Assess candidates against the client's requirements and recruitment scorecards.
- Record interviews where required and maintain detailed candidate notes.
- Complete candidate scorecards and recommendations.
- Keep recruitment pipelines and candidate statuses up to date.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and next steps between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide clients with qualified candidates for review and final selection.

Requirements

- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, virtual assistance or administration.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Confident conducting interviews over the phone or video.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.




- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets and online recruitment platforms.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and computer.
- Comfortable working with US-based clients and candidates.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience recruiting cleaners, field-service workers or VAs.
- Experience working with US-based companies.
- Experience using Indeed or other online job boards.
- Experience managing recruitment pipelines or ATS/CRM systems.
- Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate assessments.

We need someone who takes ownership of recruitment rather than waiting to be told what to do.

The adecuado candidate will be able to identify good candidates, keep the recruitment pipeline moving, follow up consistently and communicate clearly with both candidates and clients.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and multiple positions may need to be filled at the same time.

Compensation

$5 USD per hour

This is a part-time remote position, with the potential for additional hours based on performance and recruitment needs.
