We're currently seeking a Lead UI Artist to become part of our team. This position provides the opportunity to define the visual character of engaging digital products within a hands-on, team-oriented studio setting. You'll collaborate directly with designers and engineers to deliver refined, unified visuals spanning several platforms. Responsibilities

- Convert UX wireframes into refined, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, design systems, and style guides through tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Realize final artwork within Unreal Editor, including UMG configuration, widget animation work, and material development
- Build unified design systems covering game menus, HUD elements, iconography, UI materials and shaders, along with UI animation and motion design
- Create fresh material effects, 2D and animated visual effects, plus basic Blueprint logic implementation
- Adjust UI assets to perform well across PC, console, and mobile devices while maintaining visual quality, accessibility standards, and localization readiness
- Keep UI asset libraries and style guide materials well-organized and up to date

Requirements

- Five-plus years of practical, relevant experience as a UI Artist or in a comparable art specialty, preferably within gaming
- A minimum of one year spent leading and managing teams
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating capability in UI/UX visual design, texturing, and icon development
- Practical hands-on experience developing and styling UI inside Unreal Engine 5, spanning UMG, Slate, and the Material Editor




- Strong fluency with industry-standard art and design tools
- Solid understanding of texture optimization approaches, atlasing practices, and performance factors tied to real-time UI
- Sharp attention to typography, layout composition, structural balance, and visual hierarchy
- Demonstrated history of driving a UI theme or visual system from early concept all the way to final delivery
- Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities, including working English fluency at B2 level or higher, supporting productive collaboration across design and engineering functions
- Independent and meticulous, capable of handling uncertainty and taking full accountability for a specialized, highly visible domain

- Comfort using AI assistant tools to enhance and simplify creative processes
- Prior experience within the gaming sector on comparable visual design work
