We are hiring a Senior Python Developer to create scalable Python backend services while shaping a modern platform that treats security as a priority. You will coordinate with teams across the organization, integrate third-party APIs, and contribute to AI/LLM-enabled features, so submit your application.

Responsibilities

- Implement scalable backend architectures and services and ensure ongoing support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Review code and share input to uphold team coding standards
- Diagnose complex technical problems and improve overall efficiency
- Manage integrations with third-party APIs and services
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for new and existing functionality
- Promote best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Support continuous improvement of team workflows and technical know-how

Requirements

- Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in software engineering
- Strong ability to build and support applications using Python
- Practical experience adding AI or Large Language Models (LLM) into software solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of database design, administration, and tuning
- Proficiency with Git for source control and collaborative development




- Experience using Django or Flask and other Python web frameworks in production
- Understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment practices
- Clear grasp of security principles and how they translate into implementation
- Proven delivery of authentication and authorization features
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Excellent English skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) for written and spoken communication
