The role
You'll be the go-to person when a CRM breaks, attribution doesn't add up, or a setup needs to be done right. You'll support different clients alongside the head of our CRM team.
What you'll do
- Fix issues and build configurations in our clients' CRMs (workflows, pipelines, forms, integrations).
- Check that lead attribution is correct and fix whatever doesn't add up.
- Document every fix and keep Monday up to date.
What we're looking for
- Advanced command of GoHighLevel.
- Familiarity with other CRMs (Salesforce, Liine, Aesthetix) or a drive to learn them fast.
- Use of AI and automation to work faster.
- Autonomy and clear communication.
- Intermediate English (more is better, but it won't disqualify you).
