About the Role

SourceOne General is looking for an experienced sourcing/procurement professional to lead a small sourcing team and support our global manufacturer network.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining international supplier sourcing, manufacturer qualification, quotation review, negotiation, and team management.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support a small team of Sourcing Specialists
- Identify and qualify manufacturers across global markets
- Review supplier quotations, pricing, MOQs, lead times, and commercial terms
- Communicate and negotiate directly with international manufacturers
- Manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities
- Research new product categories and supplier markets
- Improve supplier research and sourcing processes
- Collaborate with our Business Development and Pricing teams

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or supplier development
- Hands-on experience working with international manufacturers/suppliers
- Strong supplier research, qualification, and negotiation skills
- Experience reviewing RFQs, quotations, pricing, MOQs, and lead times
- Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring others
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Nice to have: Experience with Alibaba, international purchasing, imports/exports, contract manufacturing, or sourcing from Asia.
