Westbridge Legal Staffing is seeking a Remote Legal Intake Specialist to support a reputable law firm in California. This is a long-term, 100% remote position for professionals based anywhere in Colombia who have strong client communication skills and experience handling legal intake processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls with potential clients.
- Conduct initial client intakes and gather detailed legal and personal information.
- Accurately document client information in CRM and legal case management systems.
- Explain next steps in the legal process in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with privacy standards.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and internal teams to ensure proper case flow.

Requirements

- Advanced English (C1 preferred – spoken and written)




- Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Intaker OR working as a phone customer service representative
- Previous experience in a legal environment is a strong plus
- Strong communication, listening, and documentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Professional, reliable, and committed to long-term growth
- Must reside anywhere in Latin America
- Mandatory: Must feel comfortable handling sensitive cases related to se**** abu** OR have previous experience managing se**** abu** cases in any setting (legal, medical, customer support, intake, or related fields).
