Responsibilities
- Design and implement SS&C; Advent Geneva solutions across development and support needs
- Build RSL and RDL components to deliver accurate reporting and data outputs
- Configure and customize Geneva modules to meet business requirements
- Integrate Geneva with upstream and downstream systems using SQL and scripting
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve data, accounting, and processing defects
- Validate results using investment management and asset management domain knowledge
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Optimize queries and routines to improve performance and reliability
- Document configurations, customizations, and support procedures for maintainability
Requirements
- Senior-level experience with SS&C; Advent Geneva (3+ years)
- Proven experience in asset management or investment management environments (3+ years)
- Strong hands-on skills in RSL/RDL development for Geneva
- Solid Geneva configuration and customization knowledge
- Strong SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning
- Strong scripting skills to automate data processing and controls
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and validate outputs
- Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

- Accounting and Financial knowledge for investment operations
- Portfolio Management understanding to support reporting and analytics
- SQL Scripting experience for automation and integrations
- Trade Finance familiarity in relevant workflows
- Trade Lifecycle knowledge from order to settlement and accounting
