About the Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Design Assistant to support the studio with interior design production, client presentations, and marketing. The main focus is creating plans and elevations in Chief Architect, preparing client materials, and supporting the studio’s online portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

- Create and revise floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, 3D perspectives, and renders in Chief Architect.
- Prepare moodboards, Pinterest boards, client presentations, and furnishing documents.
- Maintain budgets, finish schedules, and room-by-room selections.
- Support website, Houzz, Pinterest, newsletter, and project photography updates.
- Organize project files and imagery.

Requirements

- Chief Architect experience preferred, or willingness to learn it independently.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,



Google Workspace, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with website platforms such as Wix.
- Background or experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Reliable computer, internet, and phone.
