We're currently searching for a Senior Python Developer who carries substantial, real-world technical expertise to strengthen our engineering team. Responsibilities

- Define backend API structure and orchestration mechanisms that facilitate integration with large language models
- Establish and maintain intricate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, encompassing document intake, text segmentation, embedding creation, and improved retrieval techniques
- Craft and integrate agent-oriented tools leveraging frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, incorporating Model Context Protocol (MCP) when applicable
- Enforce strict security practices, protect data confidentiality, provide enterprise-caliber monitoring, and ensure thorough test coverage throughout backend systems
- Play a direct part in guiding architectural choices and shaping technical standards within the engineering group
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, data engineering personnel, and infrastructure teams to achieve unified, well-coordinated results

Requirements

- Three or more years of hands-on backend engineering experience, with particular focus on microservices and distributed systems architecture
- Demonstrated ability applying Python to develop high-performance backend systems and cloud-native APIs
- Practical experience creating applications rooted in Generative AI capabilities
- Applied familiarity with LangChain for constructing language model-powered applications




- Broad knowledge covering AWS, Docker, container orchestration tools like ECS/EKS, and RESTful API development
- Strong foundation in secure coding techniques alongside robust authentication and authorization know-how
- Sufficient English communication ability at B2 level or higher, enabling accurate understanding of business requirements and their conversion into agent-based technical solutions
- Nice to have

Nice to have

- Practical experience using agent-focused frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) enabling consistent context handling across AI systems
- Capable of working with frontend tools, especially React and TypeScript
- Background applying Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and administration
- Applied knowledge of RAG pipeline elements, including vector database platforms like Amazon Kendra or OpenSearch, plus embedding techniques and retrieval system development
- Experience either constructing new systems or modernizing existing large-scale, complex technical infrastructures
