We are looking for a Senior Go Language Developer to build and evolve scalable backend services, strengthen automated testing, and support reliable operations. You will collaborate across teams, contribute to design decisions, and help raise engineering standards - apply to make an impact.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers and handle their requests in a timely manner
- Create and maintain testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing
- Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable and performant services
- Partner with teams across the organization to think beyond the technical implications of design decisions
- Engage in code reviews to ensure code quality as well as share and distribute knowledge
- Own, create, or review technical design proposals and proof of concepts
- Evangelize engineering best practices and push for higher engineering standards
- Promote a culture of operational excellence by meticulously testing and monitoring systems and code, writing documentation, and being on-call to support the health of services

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on, relevant experience developing applications in Go
- Significant experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based web services and microservices, with AWS experience preferred
- Experience working with SQL, relational databases, and PostgreSQL for data storage, querying, and management
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong passion for code quality, engineering best practices, continuous delivery, and automated testing




- Ability and willingness to work as a polyglot developer, adapting to whichever tools and technologies best fit the task at hand
- Ability to engage directly with customers and manage their requests independently, without requiring supervision
- Solid communication skills with working English fluency (B2 level or higher) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architectures

Nice to have

- Experience with gRPC for building efficient, high-performance service-to-service communication
- Familiarity with Protobuf for structuring and serializing data across services
- Knowledge of GraphQL for designing adaptable and efficient APIs
