We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester in Java to join our team. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement testing plans that support project timelines and delivery commitments
- Identify, document, and track issues through resolution, working closely with the development team
- Evaluate product requirements and specifications to determine the appropriate scope of testing
- Build and maintain reliable, scalable testing infrastructure to support ongoing project needs
- Interpret testing results and share clear, actionable findings with relevant stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning and estimation activities, bringing a quality-focused perspective
- Regularly review and improve existing testing processes to increase efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality standards throughout development
- Investigate issues found in production environments to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
- Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on,



relevant experience working as an Automation Tester in Java
- Strong proficiency in Java for developing and maintaining automated test scripts
- Experience using Java-based tools for automating web UI testing
- Background automating tests for web services and APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems for managing and tracking code changes
- Solid understanding of test automation framework architecture and design principles
- Experience working with BDD frameworks in a Java environment
- Solid communication skills with working English fluency at B2 level or higher, supporting clear understanding of business requirements and their translation into technical solutions
