We are seeking a Senior Unreal Engine UI Engineer to build and optimize cross-platform game interfaces using C++ and Unreal Engine. You will design maintainable UI architectures, implement widgets and HUD systems, and collaborate to deliver polished UX.

Responsibilities

- Design scalable UI architectures that separate presentation and data layers
- Build UI features in C++ and Unreal Engine, selecting Blueprints or C++ appropriately
- Implement UI widgets using UMG and integrate them with MVVM or MVC patterns
- Create and maintain HUD, world-space UI, and related widget systems
- Optimize UI performance for cross-platform targets, including mobile constraints
- Profile and troubleshoot UI behavior using Unreal Insights and engine tooling
- Define and enforce good UI engineering practices and prevent common anti-patterns
- Collaborate on UX and visual polish to translate design intent into responsive UI
- Implement UI components such as mini-maps and determine appropriate integration points
- Review code and provide technical guidance to improve maintainability and quality

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience developing in Unreal Engine
- Strong C++ experience, including Unreal Engine gameplay/UI code
- UI engineering experience building interfaces with UMG or a comparable UI framework
- Project experience delivering cross-platform UI for PC, mobile, or console titles
- Architecture knowledge of MVVM, MVC,



and Common UI patterns and tradeoffs
- Data-layer separation skills connecting UI presentation to data pipelines and services
- Optimization skills for UI performance across target platforms
- Debugging and profiling skills with Unreal Insights
- Strong communication skills to align implementation with design intent and UX goals
- English proficiency: B2 level or higher
