Responsibilities

- Create scalable backend architectures and services and support them in production
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ship high-quality software products
- Perform code reviews and share input to uphold team coding standards
- Resolve complex technical problems and improve development efficiency
- Integrate third-party APIs and services in a reliable way
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for new and existing functionality
- Champion best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Help improve team workflows and grow shared technical know-how continuously

Requirements

- Proven relevant experience of 3 years in software engineering
- Strong capability to build and support applications using Python
- Track record of incorporating AI or Large Language Models (LLM) into software solutions
- Solid knowledge of database design, administration, and tuning
- Hands-on proficiency with Git for source control and collaboration




- Working experience with Django or Flask and other Python web frameworks
- Practical understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment practices
- Sound understanding of security principles and how they translate into implementation
- Demonstrated experience delivering authentication and authorization features
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Excellent English skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) for written and spoken communication
