About the role

We're looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer who can bring visual ideas to life and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate and elevate their work. You'll join a multicultural, fast-paced international marketing agency where great design and smart workflows go hand in hand.

What you'll do

- Design content for social media, email campaigns, websites, digital ads, and large-format materials
- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels
- Design banners, sliders, and graphic elements that stop the scroll
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align every design with campaign goals
- Explore new visual trends and suggest innovative formats to keep us ahead of the curve
- Use AI tools to generate concepts, speed up workflows, and push creative boundaries

AI tools expertise — required

Candidates should have hands-on experience working with AI tools, including:

- ChatGPT: Copywriting · Ideation
- Claude: Writing · Strategy
- Midjourney: Image generation
- Adobe Firefly: Generative design
- Runway: Video · Motion
- DALL·E: Image generation





Experience with other emerging AI tools is a plus.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and similar tools
- Solid understanding of composition, color theory, and typography
- Hands-on experience with AI design and productivity tools (see above)
- English fluency — ability to read briefs and communicate
- Proactive mindset with a desire to keep learning and experimenting
- Portfolio with recent, relevant work is required
