Our client is a leading B2B construction services provider specializing in roofing, siding, house wrap, and soffit and fascia for new residential construction. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Florida, the company operates multiple branches across Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas and supports a high volume of residential construction projects for leading home builders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for two Job Costing & Financial Analysts to support branch-level job costing, financial analysis, and reporting. Each analyst will support assigned branches, analyze completed jobs and margins, investigate variances, and communicate findings to branch leadership. The role is highly analytical and requires strong hands-on Excel and Sage experience.

As you become more familiar with the business, you’ll also have opportunities to support pricing analysis and other financial projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Analyze completed jobs, costs, margins, and branch-level financial performance
- Investigate unexpected cost and margin variances and identify root causes
- Pull and review financial data from Sage, including job-level reports, general ledger, inventory, invoices, and purchase orders
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports using existing Excel templates and formulas
- Present findings and key observations during weekly branch meetings
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
- Assist with pricing and margin analysis as familiarity with the business develops
- Maintain accurate reporting and consistently meet recurring deadlines

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience in job costing, cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field




- Hands-on experience with Sage
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate variances
- Comfortable communicating financial findings to non-finance stakeholders
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage recurring deadlines independently
- Strong professional English communication skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and business processes

NICE TO HAVE

- Construction, homebuilding, roofing, siding, or trade industry experience
- Pricing or margin analysis experience
- DataRails or Microsoft Dynamics experience
- Experience with other ERP/accounting systems

Direct construction experience is helpful but not required.
