We are looking for driven, sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Recruiting Assistants. This is a commission-only role, idóneo for appointment setters, recruiters, and sales professionals who are confident in their ability to generate results.
What you’ll do:
- Reach out to potential candidates (calls, texts, outreach)
- Qualify prospects and set appointments for interviews
- Follow up and keep candidates engaged through the process
- Coordinate with our team to ensure candidates show up to interviews
How you get paid:
- Earn $30-$50 for every candidate who gets hired
- No cap on earnings — the more hires you generate, the more you make
What we’re looking for:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in sales, recruiting, or appointment setting preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
