texture/material optimization, and performance profiling
- Keen sensitivity to timing, easing, and motion design principles as applied within UI contexts
- Strong collaborative capability, able to take existing visual and UX concepts and enhance them through technical refinement

- Solid communication skills with working English fluency at B2 level or higher, supporting clear understanding of business needs and their translation into technical solutions
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI assistant tools to support and enhance creative workflows
- Background working within the gaming industry on comparable projects
- Experience developing reusable or modular VFX and material systems suited for use across expansive UI surfaces
- Background in cinematics, trailer production, or environmental mood and lighting design
- Understanding of UMG and how UI logic connects with material and VFX systems
