This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from contact center migrations to enabling Agentic AI capabilities. We are seeking a passionate Amazon Connect Principal to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead others and contribute directly in the implementation of contact center services, leveraging Amazon Connect & related AWS services.
- Collaborate with clients and teammates to define technical designs to meet business objectives, as part of project delivery and pre-sales solutioning.
- Be a People Leader, completing annual performance reviews and providing recurring feedback & coaching to advance the capabilities and careers of direct reports.
- Support recruiting efforts by networking to identify skilled professionals, performing candidate interviews, and representing Slalom at industry events.
- Provide Amazon Connect technical and functional expertise to sales teams, project teams, and customers.
- Build custom components and/or configure Amazon Connect as necessary.
- Ensure proper testing is performed to validate built work products perform as expected and meet security requirements.
- Create, support, and/or utilize DevOps tooling, including infrastructure as code.
- Participate in deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.
