Safeguard Integral is seeking a Talent Solutions Lead to drive recruitment delivery for a designated RPO client. You will partner with client stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that meet hiring objectives, workforce plans, and business priorities.
In this player-coach role, you will mentor recruiters, manage relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders, and ensure service levels, quality metrics, and data privacy while delivering against hiring targets.
