Ink is hiring its first permanent CTO to own technology and engineering, based in Barcelona with a team of remote full‑stack engineers. You’ll inherit an interim CTO-led foundation and mentor, owning architecture end to end and driving security, data, and AI integration across the stack.
You’ll lead people, recruit key hires, and shape the product while engaging with customers and design partners. This role combines hands-on building with strategic leadership in a rapidly evolving AI company.
