You’ll own discrete implementation workstreams, build the integrations that connect The Machine to each customer’s existing tools, and help turn a powerful platform into a working system for real teams. Our engineers are AI native and engage in and advance the state of the art in the practice of software development flow with AI.

What You’ll Do:

- Own discrete implementation workstreams end-to-end, from technical scoping through go‑live, with support from senior engineers and the Director of Implementation
- Build and configure integrations between The Machine and the tools our agencies and customers already use (Figma, Slack, Teams, Adobe, performance dashboards)
- Contribute to technical decisions on integration approach, data mapping, and configuration with well‑reasoned recommendations
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout each rollout
- Identify and proactively communicate risks, blockers, and trade‑offs in your implementation work
- Help onboard and informally mentor junior implementation engineers
- Understand agency and customer data environments, workflows, and pain points to help design tailored onboarding solutions
- Support the development of repeatable playbooks, documentation, and training materials that improve onboarding speed and consistency
- Continuously improve your craft by staying current with The Machine’s evolving tooling, APIs, and integration patterns

What You’ll Need:

- 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical delivery, ideally in a SaaS, data, or analytics environment
- Working knowledge of APIs, data systems, and cloud‑based architectures (Google Cloud, Azure, or similar)




- Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality implementation work independently on complex projects
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present your work and reasoning clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience working in collaborative, cross‑functional team environments
- Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to rapidly evolving environments
- A growth mindset and track record of continuously improving your skills
- Comfortable leveraging AI‑enabled development tools and workflows to accelerate engineering, automation, debugging, and operational tasks
- Experience orchestrating multi‑step AI or agent‑driven workflows, including selecting appropriate models, tools, and execution patterns for different use cases
- Strong judgment reviewing and hardening AI‑assisted output for security, scalability, maintainability, and architectural fit
- Experience building or maintaining prompts, evaluation frameworks, documentation, or operational context systems that improve engineering velocity and reliability
- Familiarity with automated evaluation and feedback loops for AI‑enabled systems and workflows

Nice To Have:

- Experience working directly with agency or enterprise client stakeholders
- Familiarity with creative agency operations or marketing analytics ecosystems
- Background in AI/ML tooling, orchestration platforms, or agentic systems
