We’re looking for a Sales B2B Quality Assurance Analyst. You will be responsible to carry out, lead and execute supervision, analysis, reporting and auditing activities of the processes implemented within the operation, based on business intelligence knowledge; working together with agents, supervisors and all support departments following the service parameters, and guidelines based on quality standards to guarantee compliance with customer requirements in each interaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop reports and provide recommendations based on visual data to improve overall performance.
- Analyze compliance with quality guidelines through audits carried out to actively contribute to internal and external calibrations.
- Propose collaborative work plans with supervisors to develop agents skills to optimize results within customer service.
- Develop and implement action plans based on the statistics of the audits on the agents and results obtained from QA, to contribute to the correction and improvement of performance within the operation and provide feedback to the agents.
- Participate in support activities such as certifications, quality control talks and information sessions to contribute to the professional growth of employees.
- Perform compliance audits on critical behaviors that may affect the results of the operation in order to help mitigate decisive errors within the calls.
- Establish corporate relationships with the Training area to contribute to the implementation of strategies and support the Nesting process.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience as a QA or Trainer (TRN) in B2B sales campaigns, managing Google Ads, Facebook (Meta), or LinkedIn Ads platform. (Mandatory)
- Has at least a Technician in administrative areas or related areas. (Mandatory)
- Has a B2+ and up English level. (Mandatory)
- Has full time availability.
- Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
- Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
