What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing engineering or architecture projects
- Advanced English level (C1) — essential for working with U.S.-based clients
- Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive, innovative, and focused on efficiency and results
- Lead projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive high performance
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
