Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the MedTech Supply Chain across the Americas, based in Bogota, Colombia. You will own full-cycle recruitment, build a robust talent pipeline, and partner with leadership to translate business priorities into hiring strategies.

The role requires 4+ years in recruiting, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong stakeholder management. Portuguese is a plus, with hybrid collaboration across North America.
