Twilio is seeking a Fast Track Operations Specialist (L2) to join the general onboarding team. You will work directly with customers to onboard A2P numbers with personalized, 1:1 engagement, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
You will operate in a remote-first environment, with occasional in-person meetings, and collaborate with product and account teams to drive improvements and customer satisfaction.
