Role Overview
The Talent Solutions Lead is a senior, client-facing Talent Acquisition professional responsible for leading recruitment delivery within a designated business unit, function, project, or division for an assigned RPO client. Acting as the primary point of contact, this role partners closely with client stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that deliver against hiring objectives, workforce plans, and business priorities.
While this is a non-managerial position with no direct reports, the Talent Solutions Lead operates as a player-coach, providing guidance, mentorship, and subject matter expertise to recruiting team members while remaining actively involved in recruitment delivery and stakeholder management.
The role requires a strong balance of strategic consulting, operational execution, client relationship management, and talent acquisition expertise to ensure client satisfaction and delivery within budget.
Success in this role is measured by the ability to become a trusted talent advisor to the client, consistently deliver hiring outcomes,



influence strategic workforce decisions, and elevate the performance of the wider recruitment team through coaching, expertise, and leadership without formal people management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition contact for an assigned RPO client account, division, business unit, or project.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and key business stakeholders.
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, hiring trends, and consultative recommendations to support workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate regular business reviews, hiring updates, and operational discussions with client stakeholders.
