Direct Report to Senior Digital MarTech Delivery Specialist

As a Digital Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of digital marketing assets and campaigns across web, intranet, marketing automation platforms, and other tools as required. You will work within a shared-services team, ensuring every deliverable meets brand, accessibility, and privacy standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow established processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in digital delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Asset Production & Execution
- Build, update, and publish digital content using one or several enterprise Martech platforms (such as Sitecore for WSP.com, Oracle-Eloqua for Digital Marketing Automation, Unily for Canopy, and others).
- Execute campaign setups, asset uploads, and QA checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Apply brand guidelines, accessibility standards,



and privacy requirements to all deliverables.

Intake, Triage & Workflow Management
- Receive and process digital requests via intake systems, ensuring clear communication of status and timelines.
- Follow established operating procedures for triage, production, QA, and release.

Technical Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to publishing, campaign execution, or platform functionality.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members, documenting issues for resolutions and future reference.

Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough QA reviews of digital assets prior to publishing, checking for errors, broken links, and compliance.
- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Work closely with MarCom teams, Product Owners, and other contributors to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and learnings to the team and stakeholders.
