Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will own paid media strategy across Meta and TikTok, build testing roadmaps, and guide creative strategy.

You will work with clients, editors, and UGC creators to scale what works and avoid repetitive campaigns. You should be hands-on with scaling ecommerce brands, analyzing CPA/ROAS and revenue, and thinking like a marketer.
