We are seeking a IT Support Technician with expertise in Macintosh OS, Apple hardware and google suite
Bogota. Full time On-site position.
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
What you'll need:
- 3+ year’s experience
- Proficiency in Macintosh OS and Apple Hardware, troubleshooting, and customer service.
- Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF Pro, SalesForce, Microsoft Office
- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
- Able to read and understand technical manuals.
- Serving multi employee locations.
- Familiar with general cloud software
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate professionalism while maintaining composure in stressful situations.
